Friendly staff, nice artwork, and I’ve never been disappointed in my meals. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Had the Mozza ball soup once that I can’t stop talking about. I’ve had the fried chicken and waffles and I highly recommend it. I’ve also tried the chicken and collard greens…yum. Large variety of food to choose from in addition to their cocktails. Everytime I go, I am delighted by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff.

Absolutely amazing food, but my GOD did they ever sky rocket their prices. The burgers I liked went from to after tax . It says shame they felt the need to do this as I used to go here at least https://wave-accounting.net/ once a week. It kind of make me wonder if that is why the other location shut down. A little pricey but the burger is amazing. Portions were a great size and the atmosphere is pretty cool.

The place filled up quickly and staff were running but friendly and kept up with the pace. Love the retro diner atmosphere!

The burgers were also really good. The restaurant itself has an old diners vibe. Me and my friends had an AMAZING experience here! Staff was friendly and helpful. We played so many games and has a lot of fun. I’d give the food 4 stars and the experience, ambiance 5 stars. Walked in with no expectations.

The fish was good if you like spicy food, but was surprised that it didn’t talk about the The Tallest Poppy Winnipeg, Mb R3c 2b5 spice/heat in the batter in the description on the menu. The corn bread was very good.

It’s short menu is nothing short of spectacular. Great portions, good prices, and amazing flavours, I’ll come back here again and again and again. This was our first visit to Chop. I had looked through several of the reviews ahead of time and wasn’t sure due to some of the mixed reviews. Long story short, my wife and I are very picky about how our prime rib is done.

I was expecting more – I really was. Service was good but over-bearing. Food… I could take it or leave it. Fish and chips were good but again, overpriced. Reservations are not accepted by phone which is a little annoying.

  • The ribs were small, the flat-beard had very less cheese and mushrooms, the shrimps had too much salad.
  • On top of that, I ordered an Old Fashioned.
  • I’d rather get more chicken and have optional side dishes.
  • We tried 3 different ones this time and they were all heavenly.
  • They were an excellent waiter.
